ORDINANCE NO 57, 1967
BEING AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY
TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins is the owner of all of that certain territory
more particularly described below and said property is not solely a public street
or right-of-way, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has found and determined and does hereby find

and determine that said property is eligible for annexation to the City of Fort
Collins in accordance with the provisions of Article 21, Chapter 139, Colorado
Revised Statutes, 1963, as amended, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to annex said territory to the City of
Fort Collins, and,
WHEREAS, no election is required under the provisions of Colorado law and
no additional terms and conditions are to be imposed in connection with this
annexation
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That all of the territory more particularly described as situate
in the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 19
Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P M
thence N 89 41' 40" E 1774 65 feet along the
North line of Section 19 to the Northeast corner
of the Second Edora Park Annexation to The City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, thence along said annexation
S 0 18' 20" E 155 00 feet, thence S 55 54' 50" E
639 03 feet, thence S 86 32120 E 578 58 feet, thence
S 79 16'50" E 255 79 feet to point of beginning, thence
N 74 36' 40' E 790 81 feet, thence S 0 3' 20" W
583 40 feet, thence S 80 25'40" W 1479 44 feet
thence N 48 22' E 932 55 feet to point of beginning,
be and it hereby is annexed to the City of Fort Collins and made a part of said
City to be known as the Third Edora Park Annexation to the City of Fort Collins
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered published this
26th day of October, A D , 1967, and to be presented for final passage on the
16th day of November, A D , 1967
