BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO 1958 AS
AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN
THE FIRST SECOND AND THIRD EAST VINE DRIVE ANNEXATIONS TO
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended be
and the same hereby is changed and amended by including the property known as
the First Second and Third East Vine Drive Annexations to the City of Fort
Collins Colorado in the following districts to-wit
The following portion of said Annexations to be included in the
M M Medium Density Mobile Home District to wit
A tract of land situate in the Southwest k of Section 1
Township 7 North Range 69 West of the 6h P M Larimer
County Colorado which considering the West Line of the
SWk of said Section 1 as bearing North and all bearings
contained herein relative thereto is contained within
the boundary lines which begin at a point N 89 59 E
862 03 feet from the Southwest corner of said Section 1
and thence North 254 68 feet to the point of beginning
thence N 83 38 W 319 90 feet thence N 81 05 W 152 13
feet thence N 77 32 W 167 76 feet thence North 48 79
feet thence S 78 32 30 E 204 08 feet thence North
961 35 feet thence N 89 59 E 1277 49 feet thence S

The following portion of said Annexations to be included in the
C Commercial District to wit
Beginning at a point which bears N 89 59 E 862 03 feet
from the Southwest corner of Section 1 Township 7 North
Range 69 West of the 6 ° P M thence N 254 68 feet
thence S 85 17 E 70 24 feet thence South 248 91 feet
thence S 89 59 W 70 00 feet to the point of beginning
The reference for bearings is the West Line of the South
west Quarter of said Section 1 which bears North This
parcel contains 0 405 acres more or less
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 2nd day of November A D 1967 and to be presented for final
passage on the 22nd day of November A D 1967
