ORDINANCE NO , 1967,
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO 1958, AS
AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins
Colorado adopted by Section 19-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same is hereby changed
and amended by changing the zoning classification from R P Planned Resi

dential District to R H High Density Residential District
for the following described property in the City, to-wit

Beginning at a point which bears S 89 56 West 168 46 feet
from the Southeast corner of East Acres Subdivision which
point would also be the Southeast corner of the NEk of the
NEy of Section 24 Township 7 North Range 69 West of the

E 397 00 feet thence N 89 56 E 500 00 feet thence S
00 09 W 397 feet to the point of beginning now in the
City of Fort Collins

amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
