BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11 8 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO 1958 AS
AMENDED RELATING TO RATES AT THE CITY DUMP
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 Section 11-8 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended is hereby amended to read as follows
Section 11-8 City dump Rates for depositing refuse thereon
The following rates for the privilege of using and depositing refuse
rubbish and other waste matter upon and in the city dump of the City of Fort
Collins are hereby established
Packer trucks $4 50 per load
or $56 50 for 13 loads paid in advance
Self loader trash truck 3 50 per load
or 29 50 for 9 loads paid in advance
Regular trucks �7) )�, < < 2 50 per load
or $25 50 for 11 loads paid in advance
Pick up with raised bed 1 50 per load
`Pick up � or-i 4 wheel trailer 1 00 per load
2 wheel trailer maximum capacity 1 cubic yard 0 75 per load
Automobile or station wagon 0 50 per load
Old car bodies and commercial appliances 1 00 each
Dead animals over 100 pounds 2 00 each
Dead animals under 100 pounds 1 50 each
Household appliances 0 50 each
In addition to the foregoing rates persons shall be entitled to
purchase a ticket authorizing dumping of a value of $11 00 for $10 00 in advance
Section 2 The foregoing rates shall be effective on and after
January 1 1968 and until such date the rates as now established shall remain
in effect
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 22nd day of November A D 1967 and to be presented for final passage on
the 14h day of December A D 1967
