ORDINANCE NO 6$ , 1967
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4-72 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO,
1958, AS AMENnED, AND REQUIRING A BOND FOR MASTER
GAS FITTERS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 4-72 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby is amended by
adding thereto at the end thereof the following
"No permit shall be granted to any master gas fitter licensed
hereunder unless he has first filed with the City Clerk a
good and sufficient corporate surety bond in the penal sum
of One Thousand ($1,000 00) Dollars conditioned that all
gas fitting work installed by such contractor or his or
its employees shall be in accordance with the requirements
of this Chapter "
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 7th day of December , A D , 1967, and to be presented for final
passage on the 28thday of December , A D , 1967
