BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 3 OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS PLUMBING CODE ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE
NO 159 196.7, AS APf um BY SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE
NO 15 OF 1967
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 2 3 of the City of Fort Collins Plumbing Code
adopted by Ordinance No 15, 1967, as amended by Section 2 of said Ordinance
No 15 of 1967, be and the same is hereby amended by deleting from subsection
(b) thereof the figures, 11$1,000 00", and by substituting therefor the figures,
11$5,000 00't
