BEING AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 4-102 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORLD09 19589
AS AMENDED, AND AMENDING SECTION 4-103 OF SUCH CODE OF
ORDINANCES RELATING TO ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS AND REQUIRING
THE POSTING. OF A BOND BEFORE THE -ISSUANCE OF A LICENSE FOR
SUCH CONTRACTORS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 4-102 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, 19589 as amended, be and the same hereby is repealed
Section 2 That Section 4-103 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, 19589 as amended, be and the same hereby is amended by
adding thereto at the end thereof the following
"No permit shall be granted to any master electrician licensed
hereunder unless he has first filed with the City Clerk a
good and sufficient corporate surety bond in the penal sum
of Five Thousand ($5,000 00) Dollars conditioned that all
electrical work installed by such contractor or his or its
employees shall be in accordance with requirements of this
Chapter "
