BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OR THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO 1958
AS AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED
IN THE GUARD THIRD ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
I
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958
as amended be and the same hereby is changed and amended by including
the property known as the Guard Third Annexation to the City of Fort Collins
Colorado in zoning districts as follows
The following described portion of said Annexation to wit
A tract of land situate in the West 4 of the Southeast 4 of Section
24 Township 7 North Range 69 West of the 6th P M Larimer County
Colorado which considering the South line of the said Southeast
4 as bearing N 890 51 30 E and with all bearings contained herein
relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines which
begin at the South 4 corner of said Section 24 and run thence
N 89051130 E 1321 34 feet to the Southeast corner of the West
of the said Southeast 4 thence N 00001 45 W 1701 71 feet
along the East line of the West z of the said Southeast 4 thence
along the arc of a 1554 97 foot radius curve to the left a distance
of 209 23 feet the long chord of which bears S 81051117 W 209 05
feet thence S 78000' W 176 00 feet thence along the arc of
a 628 89 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 280 05 feet
the long chord of which bears N 89014 35 W 277 74 feet thence

relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines which

to amend said Zoning District Map in accordnace with this ordinance
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered

final passage on the 1st day of February, A D 1973
