ORDINANCE NO 3 1973
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OR THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO 1958,
AS A1vIENDED CMi 40NLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED
IN THE HORSETOOTH LANES ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins Colorado, 1958
as amended be and the same hereby is changed and amended by including
the property 'known as the Horsetooth Lanes Annexation to the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, in the HB, Highway Business District
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordnace with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this llth day of January A D 1973, and to be presented for
final passage on the 1st day of February, A D 1973
