BEING AN ORDINANCE AYOOING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICA
TION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That the zoning district map of the City of Fort Collins Colo
rado adopted by the zoning ordinance of the City of Fort Collins is hereby
amended by changing the zoning classification from RL Low Density Residen
teal District to RH High Density Residential District for the following
described property in the City to wit
A tract of land situate in the MN of Section 13 Township 7
North Range 69 West of the Sixth P M Larimer County Colo
rado which considering the E line of the said NE4 as bearing
N 00025 E with all bearings contained herein relative thereto
is contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point on
the S line of the NE% which bears N 89038' W 210 00 feet from
the E4 corner of said Section 13 and runs thence N 89038' 1V
95 50 feet thence N 00025' E 200 00 feet thence South 89038'
E 95 50 feet thence S 00025' W 200 00 feet to the point of
beginning
Introducted, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this llth day of January, A D 1973, and to be presented for
final passage on the 1st day of February, A D 1973
