BEING AN ORDINANCE 91ENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICA
TION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That the zoning district map of the City of Fort Collins Colo
rado adopted by the zoning ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby
amended by changing the zoning classification from IL Limited Industrial
District to C Commercial District for the following described property
in the City to wit
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Block 7 Riverside Park
Subdivision in the City of Fort Collins Colorado thence East
along the South line of said Block 7 extended 117 75 feet thence
North 160 feet thence East 100 feet thence North 475 3 feet
thence West 217 75 feet to the West line of First Avenue as shown
on the Plat of Riverside Park Subdivision thence South along
said West line 635 3 feet to the point of beginning
Introducted considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this llth day of January A D 1973, and to be presented for
final passage on the 1st day of February, A D 1973
