BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICA
TION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That the zoning district map of the City of Fort Collins, Colo
rado adopted by the zoning ordinance of the City of Fort Collins is hereby
amended by changing the zoning classification from IL, Linuted Industrial
District to C, Commercial District for the following described property
in the City, to wit
Lots 1, 2 and 3 Riverside Subdivision, Second Filing
Introducted, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this llth day of January, A D 1973, and to be presented for
final passage on the 1st day of February, A D 1973
