BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3S-15
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO DOGS IN THE CITY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Section 35-15 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be,
and the same hereby is, amended by changing the definition of leash therein
contained to read as follows
"LEASH - A thong cord, rope chain or similar device
which holds a dog in restraint and which is not more
than six (6) feet in length "
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 3rd day of January, A D 1974, and to be presented for
final passage on the 17th day of January, A D 1974
