BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No 6,
1974 RELATING TO THE CITY WATER UTILITY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Section 1 of Ordinance No 6, 1974 be and the same
hereby is amended to read as follows
"Section 1 That Section 112-1 of the Code
of the City of Fort Collins be and the same hereby
is amended by changing the definition of living
unit therein contained to read as follows
"Living Unit Living quarters for a
family as herein defined plus the space pro-
vided for rent of sleeping rooms only without
cooking facilities for not exceeding two
roomers In private residences where space
is arranged to be rented to more than two
roomers, space for each four or less additional
roomers shall be considered as an additional
living unit For the purpose of the foregoing,
a family shall be construed to mean two or
more persons related by blood or marriage In
the event a residence is not occupied by a
family, then a single living unit shall be
construed to be no more than five persons not
related by blood or marriage, whether roomers
or otherwise, and the space for each four or
- less additional residents shall be considered
as an additional living unit "
