BEING AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING CERTAIN PROPERTY AS A LANDMARK
WHEREAS, the Landmark Preservation Commission has, by Resolution,
recommended to the City Council, the designation of the property hereinafter
described as a landmark; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has consented to the designation
of the same as a landmark; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the recommendation of the
Landmark Preservation Commission and has heard a report by the members of
said commission and desires to accept such recommendation and designate said
property as a landmark.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the structure known as the Nelson Milkhouse, located on lands
described as follows, to-wit:
The Northeast corner of Tract J, Southmoor Village, a sub-
division of the City of Fort Collins, _Colorado;
be and the same hereby is designated as a landmark in accordance with the
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins .
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this Sth day of February, A.D. 1973, and to be presented for final passage on the
1st_ day of -' 44Wftb, , A.D. 1973.
