KNOWN AS TTE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES
UM PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE COLLINDALE FIRST ANNEXATION TO THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT ODLLINS

Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adog�edjby Chapter 19
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins,CY lorado, 1958,
as amended, be and the same hereby is changed and amen by including
the property known as the Collindale Annexation to the L y of Fort Collins,
Colorado, in the RLP, Low Density Planned Residential f�$istrict
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby alathorisbd and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordnace with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and oinered
published this 15th day of February, A D 1973 and to be presenteF for
final passage on the 8th day of Larch, A D 1973
