BEING Ail ORDNANCE ANNEXING PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
THUNDERBIRD THIRTEETM ANNEXATION TO TyE CITY OF FORE
COLLINS
10T3ZEAS heretofore a written petition together with four prints
of an annexation map was filed Zvrth the Cit} Clerk of the City of Fort
Collins reauesting the annexation of certain territory more particularly
described below to the City, apd
19BMEAS the City Council has found and determined and does hereby
find and determine that said petition is in substantial compliance with
the provisions of Colorado Revised Statutes 1963, Section 137 21 6 as
amended and
W11FRFAS, the owners of 100- of the property to be annexed have
petitioned for said annexation and
11HERFAS, not less than one sixth (1/6th) of the perimeter of the
area to be annexed is contiguous with the City of Fort Collins and a com
murity of interest exists between the territory to be annexea and the City
of Fort Collins and the territory to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized
in the near future and such territory is integrated or is capable of being
integrated with the City of Fort Collins and
1VfIERFAS none of the provisions Q. C�,v -do Revised Statutes,
1963, Section 139 21 4 as amended are violatea by the annexation of this
territory to the City and
WED' IS no election is required under the provisions of Colorado
Revised Statutes 1963, Section 139 21 6(2) as amended and no additional

UTOFEAS the territory is eligible for annexation and the City
Council desires to annex the same to the City of Fort Collis
WV, TORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COLMIL 07 THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS
Section 1 That all of the territory more particularly described
as situate in the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit
A tract of land situate in the Northwest 4 of Section 25 Township
7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P M Larimer County, Colorado,
which considering the East line of said Northwest ', as bearing
N 00016105 W and with all bearings contained herein relative
thereto, is contained within the boundary lines which begin a
a point on the East line of said Northwest 4 which bears N 00616105
W 295 10 feet from the Center 4 corner of saidoSection 25 and
run thence 6 89 44' W 280 00 feet thence N 07 45 W 4 70 feet
thence S 84 57 W 113 M feet thence along the arc of a 9117 33
foot radius curve to the cleft a distance of 19 29 feet, long
chord of which bears N 05 38' IV 19 29 feet thence S 83 47' W
98 48 feet thence IJbrth 1019 82 feet thence N 8904V 04' E 489 02
feet to the Northeast corner of the South h of said Northwest
4, thence S 00' 16' 05 E 1023 68 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 11 5292 acres, more or less
be and it hereby is annexed to the City of Fort Collins and made a part
or said City to be known as the Thunderbird Thirteenth Annexation to the
City of Fort Collins
Section 2 That in annexing said territory to the City of Fort
Collins, the City does not assume any obligation respecting the construe
tion Of Fa''er mains, sewer lines, gas mains, electric service lines, s reefs
or any other services or utilities in connection with the territory hereby
annexed excepL as may be provided by the oridinances of the City of -Orr
