BEING AN ORDINANCE RENDING 111 ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICA-
TION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That the zoning district map of`the City of Fort Collins, Colo-
rado, adopted by the zoning ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby
amended by changing the zoning classification from R-P Planned Residential
District to B-L Limited Business District for the following described pro-
perty in the City, to-wit
The South 120 feet of the East 207 3 feet of Lot 5, East
Acres, a Subdivision in the City of Fort Collins according
to the recorded plat/thereof -
Introduced, gonsidered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 12 day,of April, A D 1P73, and to be presented for final
passage on the 26th day of Apr 4" f 1973
