BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING C OTTER 118VOF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, CO11IONLY &MOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FO ONING PURPOSES
THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE STEW ANNEYATION TO
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning istrict Map adopted by Chapter 118
of the Code of the City of Fort Col ns, be and the same hereby is changed
and amended by including the proper y Rnown as the Stewart Annexation to
the City of Fort Collins, Colorado in zoning districts as follows:
The following described �ortion of such annexation
A tract of land situate in the Southeast 4 of Section 26, and
in the Northeast ', of Section 35, Township 7 North, Range 69 West
of the 6th P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado, which considering the
North line of said Northeast 4 as bearing S 89 42145" E and with
all bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within
the boundary lines which begin at a point on the said North line,
which bears S 89 42'45" E 900.02 feet from the North ', corner of said
Section 35, and rim thence S 89 42'45" E 603.30 feet along said
north line; thence S 00 17115" W 30.00 feet; thence S 35 44105" E
97.08 feet; thence S 56°18'37" E 106.22 feet to a point on the
West right-of-way line of the Colorgdo and Southern Railroad; thence
N gl°04' E 334.05 feet; thence S 88 56' E 150.00 feet; thence S
O1 04' W 165.00 feet to 8 point on the North line of the said
Northeast 4; thence N 89 42145" W 50.00 feet to a point on the
Easterly right-of-way line of the Colorado and Southern Railroad;

to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of the Colorado and

Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordnace with this ordinance
