BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 99-4
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO THE SUBDIVISION OF LANDS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 99 4B(1) be and the same hereby is,
amended by deleting therefrom the words and figures "Fifteen Dollars
($15 )" and by substituting therefor the words and figures "Fifty Dollars
($50 ) '
Section 2 That Section 99 4C(1) (a) be, and the same hereby is
amended to read as follows
"(a) The subdividers shall supply the original signed
final plat and fourteen (14) copies to the Planning
Director at least ten (10) days before the scheduled
meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board at which the
matter is to be considered The following fees shall
be paid at such time to cover the cost of processing
and filing the final plat
1 to 4 lot subdivision $25 00 plus recording
costs- $10 00 per sheet
"(ii) 5 or more lot subdivision and subdivision plats
in connection with unit development plan $SO 00
plus recording costs--$10 00 per sheet "
