BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 17 OF
THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO THE TERM OF MEMBERSHIP ON
THE HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Section 2 17 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be
and the same hereby is amended by changing the second sentence of such
Section to read as follows
"Members of said Commission shall serve for four (4)
years or until their successors are appointed and
appointments to such Commission shall be such as to
achieve overlapping tenure "
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 19th day of July, A D 1973 and to be presented for final
passage on the 2nd day of August, A D 1973
