CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICA
TION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TORT COLLINS
That the zoning district map of the City of Fort Collins Colo
rado adopted by the zoning ordinance of the City of Fort Collins is hereby
amended by changing the zoning classification from R M Medium Density
Residential District to R H High Density Residential District for the following
described property in the City to wit
The East 50 feet of Lots 10 11 and 14 and the East 50 feet
of Lot 15, lying North of Mulberry Street in Block 267 Loomis
Addition to the City of Fort Collins, described as beginning
the the Northeast corner of Lot 15 thence West 50 feet South
7 59 feet to the Nort,l line of Mulberry Street thence East
50 feet more or less to the East line of Lot 15 thence North
7 95 to the point of beginning
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 2nd day of August, A D 1973 and to be presented for final
passage on the 16th day of August, A D 1973
