BEING AND ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 109 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS RELATING TO THE CARE AND PRO
TECTION OF TREES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that
Sections 109 20 and 109 21 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be and
the same hereby are amended by deleting therefrom the words City Clerk
wherever such words appear in said Sections and by substituting therefor
the words Director of Finance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 2nd day of August A D 1973 and to be presented for final
passage on the 16th day of August A D 1973
