ORDINANCE NO 1973 _
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 33 18 OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS RELATING TO THE
OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE TAX ON THE BUSINESS
OF SELLING FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Section 33 18B of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be,
and the same hereby is amended by adding thereto at the end thereof the
following
In the event the ownership of an existing license
is transferred to a new licensee during any year
the transferred license shall not be considered a
new license and no additional occupational license
tax shall be required in connection with such license "
