ORDINANCE NO 91, 1973,
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 118-22
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
PROCEDURES FOR AMENDMENTS THERETO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 118-22 of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended by deleting therefrom the
following part thereof, to-wit
"A General Procedures Amendments to this chapter
shall be in accordance with the Charter of the
City of Fort Collins and shall require the fol-
lowing action "
and by substituting therefor the following, to-wit
"A General Procedures Amendments to this chapter
shall be in accordance with the Charter of the
I City of Fort Collins In addition, any amend-
ment changing the zoning district map of the
City of Fort Collins shall require the following
action "
Section 2 That Section 118-22 A(6) of the Code of the City of
Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended by deleting therefrom the
words and figures "fifteen (15)" and by substituting therefor the words and
figures "seven (7)"
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 18th day of October, A D 1973, and to be presented for
final passage on the 1st day of November, A D 1973
