BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 38-6
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO FIRE ZONES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
THAT Section 38-6B of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be,
and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows
"B The location, extent and limits of fire zones
1, 2 and 3, respectively, are hereby established
and defined as set out in the map entitled "Fire
District Map, Fort Collins, Colorado" bearing the
date of July 1, 1973, a copy of which map is
attached to this ordinance and by reference made
a part hereof "
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 18th day of October, A D 1973, and to be presented for
final passage on the 1st day of November, A D 1973
