BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF. THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS,_ COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE SMITH
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the Smith
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-P, Planned
Residential District. Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
The N� of the W2 of the Wit of the NE4 of the NW4 of Section 22, Township 7 North,
Range 69 West of the 6th P. M. except the following described portion thereof:
Beginning 30 feet South and, 1525.39 feet East of the Northwest corner of said
Section; thence South 89°28' East 118.90 feet; thence South 01°02' West 165.42
feet; thence South 89°31' West 116.10 feet: thence North 0003'30" East 167 .42
feet to the point of beginning;
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this -16th
day of January A. D. 1969, and to be presented for final passage on the - h' day of
February. A. D. 1969.
