BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.- 47, 1968; AND CHANGING THE NAME OF THE ANNEXATION
ACCOMPLISHED BY SAID ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 47, 1968, the Council of the City of Fort Collins annexed
certain property to the City, and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance recited the name of said annexation as the West Mulberry Second
Annexation, and
WHEREAS, it was intended that said annexation be known as the West Mulberry Fourth
Annexation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
THAT Section 1 of Ordinance No. 47, 1968, be and the same hereby is amended by deleting
therefrom the following words "West Mulberry Second Annexation" and by substituting therefor
the following words "West Mulberry Fourth Annexation" .
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 16th day
of January, A.D. , 1969, and to be presented for final passage on the 6th day of February,
A.D. , 1969.
