BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 46, 1968, AND CORRECTING A DESCRIPTION CONTAINED
IN SAID ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 46, 1968, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins
was amended to change the zoning classification for certain property more particularly
described in said Ordinance No. 46, 1968, and
WHEREAS, an error appears in said description and it is necessary to amend said
ordinance so as to correct said description.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
THAT Ordinance No. 46, 1968, be and the same hereby is amended by deleting therefrom
the legal description of the property described therein and by substituting therefor the
following:
"A portionof Tract B, replat of Miller Brothers Foothills Subdivision, Sixth
Filing, according to Plat filed October 8, 1962, in the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, described as follows: Commencing at the NE corner of said Tract B;
thence N. 89043'30" W. along the N. line thereof 275 feet; thence S. 0°37'40"
E. 390 feet; thence S. 89°43'30" E. 40 feet; thence N. 48°54' E. 161 feet;
thence S. 89°43'30" E. 169 feet, more or less, to a point on the E, boundary
of Tract B of said replat of Miller Brothers Foothills Subdivision, 6th Filing,
thence along said Easterly boundary N. 36°56'10" W. 49.85 feet; thence N. 21°42'
W. 50.03 feet; thence N. 07°28' W. 59.95 feet; thence N. 0°16'30" E. 140 feet
to the point of beginning; containing 2.2 acres, more or less. "
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published thisl6th
day of January, A.D. , 1969, and to be presented for final passage on the 6th day of
February, A.D. , 1969.
