BEING-AN ORDINANCE..AMENDING. SECTION 1-.2CA F-ORDINANCE NO 21 , _1968; ;RELATING
TO -THE. SUBDIVISION:.OF'LA-ND.
BE. IT ORDAINED BY .THE COUNCIL .OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
.THAT Section 1 .W of Ordinance No. 21 , 1968, be and the same hereby. is amended
by adding thereto.at the end thereof.the following:
"The-requirements of this paragraph shall not be applicable to situations
involving a lot or tract to be used by one owner for only•one principal
building, provided the .building inspector of the City of Fort Collins
determines
(1 ) . That all improvements required in Section 4 hereof
are in place.
(2) All rights of way and easements which would be
required under Section 3 hereof have been otherwise provided, and
. (3).. That all design standards which would be required
under Section 3 hereof have been met. "
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published this 13th
