BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND CLARIFYING ORDINANCE NO. 21 , 1968, RELATING TO THE
SUBDIVISION-OF- LAND AND SPECIFICALLY REQUIREMENTS FOR INSTALLATIONIOF STREET IMPROVEMENTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY .OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1 . That Ordinance No. 21 , 1968, be and the same hereby is amended by
adding to Section-4.2 D of said ordinance at the end of said subsection the following
sentence:
"If any subdivision is located adjacent to any existing street
right of way, the -subdivider shall improv& at least the adjacent half of
such street with pavement, curb, gutter, sidewalk, .and any other required
street improvements as required to bring such street to city specifications."
Section 2. The City Council of the City of Fort Collins hereby declares that the
requirements of the foregoing section were included within the requirements of the ordinance
numbered 21 , 1968, as originally adopted and the within ordinance is adopted merely for the
purpose of clarifying such ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published thisl3th' day
