BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORADO) 19581 AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING 'ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE GREENWALT FIFTH
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of -*
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the Greenwalt Fifth
. Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-P, Planned
Residential District. Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
A tract of land situate in the N 1/2 of Section 30, Township 7 North, Range 68 West
of the 6th P. M. , which considering the North line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 30
as bearing S. 89047' E. and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto, is
contained within the bcundary lines which begin at the North 1/4 corner of said
Section 30 and run thence N. 89 °51'30" E. 981.00 feet along the North line of the
Northeast 1/4 of said Section:30; thence S. 20052' E. 283.00 feet; thence S. 16020'
E. 200.00 feet; thence S. 10000' W. 106.00 feet; 'thence S. 34030' W. 250.00 feet;

Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this ordinance.
