BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-39 (a) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO HOURS FOR SALE OF 3.2
FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
THAT Section 2-39 (a) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
1958, as amended, be and the same hereby is amended by deleting therefrom the following
.words:
"or on Sunday"
and substituting therefor the following words:
"or on Sundays between the hours of two a.m. and eight a.m."
Introduced, considered favofably on first reading, and ordered published this 5th day
of June, A. D. 1969, and to be presented for final passage on the 26th day of June, A. D.
1969.
