BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMiMOD]LY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE ,SPENCER FIRST
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including- the property known as the Spencer First Annexation to
the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in zoning districts as follows:
Property to be included in the R-L, Low Density Residential District: _.
1 . Begin at a point which bears N 890 47 ' 08" E 1479 . 79 feet from
the West 1/4 corner of Section 25 , Township 7 North , Range 69 West

District Map in accordance with this ordinance.
