HomeMy WebLinkAbout035 - 07/24/1969 - ZONING THE THUNDERBIRD ESTATES TWELFTH ANNEXATION .■ � � ORDINANCE NO. 35 19 69, BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE THUNDERBIRD ESTATES TWELFTH ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS: Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby is changed and amended by including the property known as the Thunderbird Estates Twelfth Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the B-G, General Business District. Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Two tracts of land situate in the NW 1/4 of Section 25, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P. M. , which considering. the West line of said NW 1/4 as bearing N. 00°00'45" W. and with all bearings. contained herein relative thereto.; are. contained within the- boundary lines which.begin at a point which bears .S.00100145" E. 1504.56 feet-from the Northwest corner of said Section 25 and- run thence East'. 314.68..feet; thence- South 1130.22 feet to a point on the South line of the.NW l/4 of said Section 25; thence along said South line S. 89047108" W. 314.48 feet to the West 1/4 corner of said Section 25; thence along the West line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 25, N. 00000145" W. 1131.39 feet to the point of beginning, containing 8.166 acres, more or less; ALSO a tract which begins at a point which bears S. 00°00'45" E. 1209.56 feet, and again East 80.00 feet from the Northwest corner of said Section 25; and runs thence East150.00 feet; thence- S. 00000145" E. 110.00 feet; thence West 135.00 feet; thence along the arc of a 15- foot 'radius curve to the right a distance of 23.56 feet,. the long chord of- which bears N. 45' 00'22" W. 21.21 feet; thence N'. 00100145" W. 95.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.331 acres, more or less, and being known as Lot 12 of Thunderbird Estates Seventh Subdivision; EXCEPT a parcel of land described in Book 1406, Pages 615 and 616 of the Larimer County records. Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance. Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 3rd day of July A. D. 1969 , and to be presented for final passage on the24th day of July A. D. 1969 .
