BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAI-N PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT COLLINS:
THAT the Zoning District .Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification from R-M, Medium Density Residential District, to B-L, Limited
Business District, for the following described property in the City, to--wit:
A tract of land situate in the NW 1/4 of Section 21, Township 7 North, .Range 69 West of
the Sixth P. M. , which considering the West line of _said NW 1/4 as bearing N. 00°35 ' W.
and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary
lines which begin at, a point which bears S. 89°41' E. 556.00 feet from the Northwest
corner of said Section 21 and run thence S. 00°46' E. 192 feet; thence along the arc of
a 75.34 foot radius Icurve to the right a distance of 48.29 feet, the long chord of which
curve bears S. 17°315'30" W, 47.46 feet; thence S. 35°57' W. 486.79 feet; thence along the
arc of a 49.33 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 46.28 feet, the long chord of
which curve bears S. 62049130" 1•1. 44.60 feet; thence N. 89142 , E. 18.14 feet; thence along
the arc of a 49.33 foot radius curve to the left a distance of 46.28 feet, the long chord
of which curve bears N. 62°49130" E. 44.60 feet; thence N. 35°57 ' E. 486.55 feet; thence
along the arc of a 75.34 foot radius curve to the left a distance of 48.29 feet, the long
chord of which curve bears N. 17035'30" E. 47.46 feet; thence N. 00°46' W. 192.00 feet;
thence N. 89041' W. 18.00 feet to the point of beginning; in the City of Fort Collins ,
County of Larimer, State of Colorado;
and by changing.the zoning classification from R-L,. Low Density Residential District, to
R-M; Medium Density Residential District, for the following property:

with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines
which begin at a point which bears S. 89141' E. 1010.95 feet from the Northwest corner of
said NW 1/4 and run thence S. 00°46' E. 1100.02 feet; thence N. 89*42' E. 18.00 feet;
thence N. 00°46' W. 1099.83 feet; thence N. 89°41 ' W. 18.00 feet to the point of beginning;
in the City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado.
