BEING AN ORDINANCE. ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE CITY OI_ FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the property hereinafter described has for more than three (3) years been
entirely contained within the boundaries of the City of Fort Collins; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins desires to annex said property.
NOW, 'TIIERL•FORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THI COUNCIL, OF THE CITY 01" FORT COLLINS:
Section 1 . 'That all of the territory more particularly described as situate in the
County of Larimer. , State of Colorado, to-wit:
Considering the North line of Section 27, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of
the 6th P. M. as bearing N. 89030' W. and with all bearings herein relative
thereto; Begin at a point which bears N. 89030' W. 118.46 feet and again S.
00030' W. 30.00 feet and again S. 44034 ' E. 69.60 feet and again S. 00019' E.
254.12 feet from the Northeast corner of Section 26, Township 7 North, Range
69 West, which is the point of beginning, said point being on the Westerly
right of way line of Colorado State Highway No I and also on the boundary
of the Meadowlark Annexation to the City of Fort Collins; thence S. 00019' E.
along said right of way 63.00 feet to a point on the boundary of Bartel 's
First Annexation to the City of Fort Collins; thence N. 89030' W. along said
Annexation 362.4.0 feet; thence N. 00019' W. along said Annexation 63.00 feet
to a point on the Ghent Annexation to the City of Fort Collins; thence S. 890
30' E. along said annexation 362.40 feet to the point of beginning;
be and it hereby is annexed to the City of Fort Collins and made a part of said City, to
be known as the Murray's First Annexation.

Section 2. That in annexing said territory to the City oT Fort Collins, the City of
Fort Collins does not assume any obligation respecting the construction of water mains,
Sewer lines, gas mains, electric service lines, streets or any other services or utilities
in connection with territory hereby annexed except as may be provided by the ordinances of
the City of Fort. Collins .
Section 3 . Within ninety (90) days from the date this ordinance becomes effective, no
building permit shall be issued for any of the lands herein described unless said lands
have been zoned under the zoning ordinances of the City.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 7th day
of August A. D. 1.969, and to be presented for final passage on the 28th day of
August A. D. 1969.
