BEING AN ORllINANCP: AMENDING CHAPTER 1.9 OF THE COD], OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PORT
COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE
GINLEY ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, C:OLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED 13Y THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the "Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 1.9 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the
Ginley Annexation to the City _of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the M-M, Medium Density
Mobile Home District. Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
A portion of the NE', of Section 2, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the
Sixth P. M. , which considering the West line of the NE, of said Section 2
as bearing N. 00012' E. and with all bearings contained herein relative
thereto is contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point on
the West line of the NE; of said Section 2 which bears S. 00012' W. 113.59
feet from the N4 corner of said Section 2 and run thence S. 26057 ' E.
2803.90 feet;, thence S. 89057' W. 1104.26 feet; thence N. 00003120/1 E.
1327.87 feet; thence S. 89054/30/1 W. 171 .94 feet to a point on the West line
of the NE; of said Section 2; thence N. 00012' E. 1172.76 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 31 .4349 acres, more or less .
Section 2. The City. Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
iistrict Map in accordance with this ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 7th
day of August A. D. 19 69, and to be. presented for final passage on the 28th day of
August A. D. 19 6S
