BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY IN BLOCK 106', HARRISON'-S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS, COLORADO. ' : . . .
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate; an alley in Block 106,
Harrison's Addition to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, as more particularly described
below, and
WHEREAS, said alley is not needed as an alley or roadway, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins
will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of said alley, provided that there
is reserved an easement for utilities as now constructed in said alley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
THAT that certain alley in Block 106, Harrison's Addition to the City of Fort
Collins, lying North of Lots 1 and 2 and South of Lot 3 in said Block 106, be and the
same hereby is abolished, vacated and abated, except that there is reserved unto the
City of Fort Collins an easement for the maintenance, repair and reconstruction of
utilities and utility lines as now constructed in said alley, or as the same may be
constructed in the future whether above ground or underground,
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this
