BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 19-54 OF.-THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS; COLORADO; 1958; AS AMENDED; AND;RELATING TO THE SUBDIVISION OF LAND
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
THAT Section 19-54 (3) (D) (1 ) be an;d the same hereby is amended by deleting from
the first sentence of the second paragraph thereof ;the following words: "after study
and recommendation by the Planning and Zoning Board and".
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published this 14th
day of August, A.D. 1969, and to be presented for Wfinalassage on the 4th day of Septem-
ber, A.D. , 1969.
