ORDINANCE NO 4z, 1959,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 282 19582 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
FIRE PREVENTION CODE ESTABLISHING LIMITATIONS OF DISTRICTS
IN WHICH BULK STORAGE OF LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GASES IS TO
BE RESTRICTED a
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 5a of Ordinance No 28, 1958, be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows "Section 5a Establishment
of Limits in which Bulk Storages of Liquefied Petroleum Gases is to be
Restricted
The limits refewed to in Section 19 06a of the Fire Prevention
Code, in which bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gas is restricted are
hereby established as follows All areas within the City limits of the
City of Fort Collins, except "F" Industrial Districts "
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this loth day of December, 1959, and to be presented for final
passage on the 31st day of December, 1959
