ORDINANCE NO 43 1959,
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 1-16 and 1-17, CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958,
(ORDINANCE NO 51 1955, ORDINANCE NO 31, 1955, AND
ORDINANCE NO 1) 1959) RELATING TO SALARIES OF CITY OFFICIALS
APPOINTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 1-16 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958 (Section 2, Ordinance No 31, 1955)
be amended by deleting therefrom the figures "$3,960 00" and "$4000 00"
and "$960 00tP substituting therefor the figures "$4,800 00" and "$3,600 00"
and "$1,200 00" respectively
Section 2 That Section 1-17 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958 (Section 1, Ordinance No 1, 1959)
be amended by deleting therefrom the figures "$2,880 00" substituting
therefor the figure "$3,600 00 1°
Section 3 The effective date for the change in the above
salaries and compensation shall be January 1, 1960
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 31st day of December, A D 1959, and to be presented for
final passage on the 28th day of January, A D 1960
