BEING AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL SECTIONSI-5 THROUGH 1-13
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO,
1958, (ORDINANCE NO 1 of 1913)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Sectiorsl-5 through 1-13 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, (Ordinance No 1
of 1913) be and the same are hereby repealed
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 31st day of December, A D 1959, and to be presented for
final passage on the 28th day of January, A D 1960
