BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 460 19659 COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, adopted by Ordinance No 46, 1965, be and the same is hereby changed
and amended by changing the zoning classification from 'RL ' Low Density
Residential District to 'RH High Density Residential District for the following
described property in the City, to-wit
Lots 1 through 7 and Lots 30 and 31 of South Taft Hill
Subdivision, situate in the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of
Section 15, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth
P M
Section 2 That the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado adopted by Ordinance No 46, 1965, be and the same is hereby changed
and amended by changing the zoning classification from 'RL Low Density
Residential District to 'RM Medium Density Residential District for the
following described property in the City, to-wit
Lots 8 through 10 and Lots 27 through 29 of South Taft
Hill Subdivision, situate in the Northwest Quarter (NWk)
of Section 15, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the
Sixth P M
Section 3 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 61 day of January, A D 1966, and to be presented for final
passage on the 27' day of January, A D 1966
