BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 46, 1965, COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAIN$.D BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, adopted by Ordinance No 46, 1965, be and the same is hereby changed
and amended by changing the zoning classification from 'RL Low Density
Residential District to 'RM Medium Density Residential District for the
following described property in the City, to-wit
Lots 188, 189, 190 and 191, University Acres Sixth
Subdivision, in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance

passage on the 271" day of January, A D 1966
