BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1-179 CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, C0L0RADO, 1958, AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO THE SALARY TO BE PAID THE MUNICIPAL JUDGE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 1-17 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be amended to read as follows
Section 1-17 Salary - Municipal Judge
The salary to be paid the judge of the Municipal Court shall be
$59700 00 per annum, payable in monthly installments, which sum shall be
charged to general government expense
Section 2 The effective date for the change in the above salary
shall be January 1, 1966
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 61 day of January, A D 1966, and to be presented for final
passage on the 27"b day of January, A D 1966

AMENDMENT
TO ORDINANCE NO 5, 1966, ON FINAL READING
Amend Section 2 by adding at the end of the second paragraph
premise
In cases where fermented malt beverages are sold in the same-b**1diAg-
where other businesses are carried on either by the owner of the license to
sell fermented malt beverages or by another party, the gross receipts from all
premise
businesses carried on in said U%b&14ing shall be used in determining whether the
business of selling fermented malt beverages constitutes over half of the gross
receipts from the operation
