BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS
AMENDED, COMY40NLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins
Colorado adop ed by Section 19-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same is hereby changed
and amended by changing the zoning classification from R-L Low Density Resi-
dential District to R-M Medium Density Residential District
for the following described property in the City, to-wit
Martin Subdivision and Martin Subdivision Second Filing,
in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
publis'ied this 3rd day of February A D 1966, and to be presented for
final passage on the 24t° day of February A D 1966
