BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1-13 58
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, 19589 AS AMENDED, RELATING TO MEMBER-
SHIP IN THE PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD
If
Beeit ordained by the Council of the City of Fort Collinst
That Section 1-13 58 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same is hereby amended by
adding to said section at the end thereof the following:

"In addition the City Manager or his representative shall serve as an
ex-officio, non-voting member of the Board and the City Council shall appoint
one of its members to serve as an ex-officio, non-voting member of the Board "
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 17th day of February, A D., 1966, and to be presented for final passage
on the loth day of March, A D., 1966
