ORDINANCE No 54 , 19669
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO$ 1958, AS
AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 19-38 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be amended by deleting the
following words and figures, to-wit, in paragraph 1 thereof
' (27) Accessory buildings and uses
and by adding thereto the following uses, to-wit
' (27) Assembly, packaging or installation of gauges, electric
or electronic instruments, similar equipment and devices, with
enclosed component storage and
(28) Accessory buildings and uses
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this Ill day of August, A D 1966, and to be presented for final passage on the
first day of September, A D 1966
