BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 21-49 39 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO,
19589 AS AMENDED, RELATING T 0 SEWER CHARGES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
THAT Section 21-49 39 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby is amended by
deleting under the heading 'City -- Metered Water Users (per month) the
following words and figures
', but not less than $2 50 per living unit served'
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 3rd day of March, A D 1966, and to be presented for final
passage on the 241 day of March, A D 1966
